The Controller will provide daily administration and leadership of PacerPro’s overall accounting function. Initially, the Controller will be individually responsible for all accounting related functions, including management of receivables and payables. This person will be integral in the definition, implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures to ensure strong financial controls and compliance, as well as conformity to generally accepted accounting principles. The Controller will ensure the Company’s financial/accounting systems are accurate, reliable and will accommodate continued growth. The Controller will be well versed in financial reporting, financial account analysis and audit management to be successful in this position. The Controller will also be responsible for in-house human resource activities while working with third party professionals. In addition to working directly with the PacerPro management team, the Controller will have significant dealings with the Board of Directors and outside investors. Lastly, this individual should have strong interpersonal, presentation, managerial and analytical skills.
